Making A Purchase

  • Simply click on the product that you wish to purchase and Click 'Add to Cart'. After adding all the items, Click the 'Cart' Logo on the top right corner and proceed to 'Checkout'. Fill in your details accurately so we can contact you. Submit the form and take note on the Thank You Page.
    Check your email inbox for payment details.

 

Delivery

  • Once the payment had been confirmed, we will ship your items in 48 hours. It takes 3-7 working days to reach your doorstep. 

 

Duties and taxes

  • Internationally shipped packages may be subject to customs and import fees. The exact amount of these fees are determined by your local customs laws.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees.

  • We don't collect any portion of these fees and do not determine any taxes, duties, tariffs, or other fees charged.

 
Warranty

  • All saxophone from The Saxophone Store enjoys 1 + 1 Warranty. All saxophone are fully warranty for 1st year (Free of charge) and enjoy 1 year extended FREE SERVICE (charges may apply if require parts replacement).

Booking

  • We require a minimum 30% deposit to secure a booking. This is to ensure we can make the appropriate arrangements with available stock. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The buyer may change the booking item to other available items subject to availability.

Return Policy
  • Goods sold are not refundable. 
  • Defect or damaged items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused. We will then exchange the defective or damaged items depending on the stock available.
 
Pre-Owned Items
  • A pre-owned item is an item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. 
  • By purchasing, the buyer agrees ALL GOODS ARE PURCHASED BY THE PURCHASER "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS", AND SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS.
